New Build Timber Frame House, Fife

This new build house in Fife was designed with the use of a sustainably sourced  and pre-fabricated timber frame. The open-plan layout was thoughtfully planned to maximise the amount of natural light and spaciousness in the new family home. The bedrooms have been designed to take full advantage of the beautiful views with large windows. The outdoor area has been landscaped to include a lovely patio and pond. One of the benefits of using timber as a frame is that it is a sustainable and cost-effective material, which also allows for easy customisation of the design to fit the client’s specific brief and site.
