Net Loft Conversion, Crail

Completed in 2020 this sensitive but stylish conversion and restoration of a traditional fishing net loft in Crail’s conservation area provides the client with new ancillary accommodation for the main house.

This derelict Category B-Listed traditional net house located in Crail, East Neuk of Fife, has been completely transformed into a mini-house for guest accommodation. The owners brief was to create independent private guest accommodation, within the existing footprint of the net house. The palette of materials are simple; oak, glass, complemented with clean lines throughout.
