House Renovation and Extension, St Monans

Completed in 2021 this house renovation project transformed a modest house with amazing views into a bespoke modern energy efficient coastal home.

A simple and stylish renovation of a unique coastal property in St Monans. 

The house’s layout lacked the adequate accessible accommodation at ground level to provide an adequate living for occupants of varying needs and/or disabilities making it unsuitable as a lifelong home.

The completed project modernised and upgraded the entire house by introducing a well mannered pair of extensions to the property to make the most of the amazing sea views. The main aim was to provide a lifelong home for the residents while providing a sympathetic building aesthetic that used environmentally friendly materials and energy-efficient upgrades.
