Georgian Flat Renovation, Edinburgh New Town

Completed in 2021, this gorgeous flat renovation and balcony extension project is situated at a Grade A Listed Georgian Terrace in Edinburgh New Town.

Located within the UNESCO World Heritage Site in the heart of Edinburgh, this was a challenging project that included the demolition and rebuilding of a first floor ‘out-shot’ extension (once a 1920’s balcony).

Considered to be the longest Georgian terrace in Europe, Moray Place was designed by James Gillespie Graham in 1822 and commissioned as a development by Francis Stuart, 10th Earl of Moray.

The bright interiors were fully renovated and updated with high end modern finishes while carefully retaining and restoring all original features of the listed building.
