Full House Renovation & Extension, Anstruther

This full house renovation and extension project was completed in 2018 and involved transforming a 2 bedroom house into a 4 bedroom modern family home overlooking Anstruther Golf Course. The design involved re-arranging the interior to rationalise the floor plans and extend the accomodation to the rear that included a lounge at ground level and a master bedroom suite with private balcony at first floor level; both enjoying panoramic views accross the 18th hole and the Firth of Forth.

The existing windows, roof and garage were all upgraded along with the existing dormer to match the new extension. The first floor also accommodates two bedrooms and a family bathroom, whilst the downstairs provides a further bedroom, family sitting room and useful WC and utility space.
